ci: retrigger CI [empty]

Same fix as applied to fix/stdio-fallback-all-environments (#778).
vi.useFakeTimers()/vi.useRealTimers() pin Date.now() so the flake
(expected '5m', got '4m' on slow runners) cannot occur.
