by internal#377. Closes internal#353.

Note: PR #31 also adds a ## 2026-05-13 section. Merge #31 first, then
rebase this branch on the result to avoid a conflict. Both sections will
coalesce into a single ## 2026-05-13 with all entries.

Recommended: strip content/docs/changelog.mdx from this PR. The tutorial and runbook updates (if any) should be in a separate file change, or let PR #36 (batch changelog consolidation covering all docs PRs #27-35) be the sole changelog source.
